The
unique chuck guard design has the following advantages:
1.
No adjustment necessary for different length pins.
2.
Protects chuck from zinc splashing during welding, therefore
increasing the life of the chuck.
3.
Because of the self-tightening effect between the chuck
and the chuck guard, arcing between the chuck and the
pin is eliminated therefore guaranteeing more consistent
welding results.
